Frequently Asked Questions
What ages do you accept?
We accept children from 6 weeks to 5 years of age across our various programmes. We also offer after-school care for older children.
What are your operating hours?
We are open Monday to Friday, from 6:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Do you provide meals?
Yes, we provide nutritious meals and snacks throughout the day. We accommodate dietary requirements and allergies.
Do you offer special education support?
Yes! We provide individualized support for neurodivergent and learning-diverse children, including those with autism, ADHD, dyslexia and other learning differences.
How do you keep parents updated?
Parents receive daily updates on their child's activities, meals, nap times and general wellbeing through our parent communication system.
